Aspose.Font for Java has been launched!
Yes, you heard it right… After the successful launch of Aspose.Font for .NET and Aspose.Font for C++, we are excited to share the launching of Aspose.Font for Java. It is a Java API that lets application developers write Java applications with functionality to process font files.
Aspose.Font for Java also provides encoding information for all the font types which represents a mapping between character codes and glyph identifiers. Its rendering subsystem helps end-users to render any desired glyph or text. Special glyphs can be rendered by implementing interface using simple graphics functionality (move point, draw line, curve).
Supported Font Types
Aspose.Font for Java supports the following Font types.
- TrueType (with TrueType Collections)
- CFF
- OpenType
- Type1
