Description

This ZIP file contains only the Aspose.Font for .NET assemblies. The assemblies are the same as in the MSI installer of the product of the same version. Download this if you want to use Aspose.Font without the MSI installer, i.e. you cannot run MSI installers on Mono.

Release Highlights

Aspose.Font for .NET 25.3 (DLLs Only) introduces enhanced capabilities to access and manipulate Compact Font Format (CFF) metadata using the extended TopDictDataProvider API. Designed for developers who prefer integrating the SDK without installer dependencies.

✳️ New Feature

  • Fine-Grained TopDict Access in CFF Fonts
    The updated TopDictDataProvider class enables retrieval and configuration of key font properties such as FontMatrix, XUID, UnderlineThickness, and CID font data. This supports use cases in digital publishing, document parsing, and embedded font processing.

🛠 Fix

  • No fixes are included in this DLLs-only release.

  • Class: Aspose.Font.CffDataProviders.TopDictDataProvider
  • Public Properties:
    • UnderlineThickness, FontMatrix, CIDFontOperatorPresent, Xuid
  • Public Methods:
    • SetFontNameSid(int sid)
    • SetUnderlineThickness(double thickness)
    • SetRos(int registrySid, int orderingSid, int supplement)
    • GetRos(out int registrySid, out int orderingSid, out int supplement)

This API set expands your control over embedded CFF font structures.
