Aspose.Page for .NET 24.11 adds critical PDF encoding support and delivers improvements in text rendering accuracy for PostScript conversions.

✳️ New Feature

  • CMAP as ToUnicode Stream: Introduced support for writing CMAP tables as ToUnicode streams in generated PDFs. This ensures better text search, copy-paste functionality, and accessibility in PDF viewers by explicitly mapping character codes to Unicode.

🔧 Enhancement

  • No general enhancements beyond the new feature.

🛠 Fix

  • Type 0 Font Texture Pattern Bug: Fixed an issue where Type 0 fonts in PS to image conversion could not be filled with texture patterns.
  • Underline Rendering Issue: Resolved inaccuracies in how text underlines were displayed in output, ensuring precise visual formatting.
