Changes and Improvements

The new version of Aspose.PDF for C++ has a codebase of Aspose.PDF for .Net 26.3.

Resolved an exception handling issue: Corrected System::ArgumentException caused by a null XForm object.

Enhanced PDF/UA conversion: Fixed process hanging and improved overall performance.
