The 24.9 DLLs release introduces essential fixes and fresh APIs to empower developers with deeper control over animations, image optimization, and text extraction. It enhances file format conversion reliability and extends text handling in slide notes and comments.

✳️ New Feature

  • Animation Enhancements: Added FloatUp and FloatDown to EffectType enum.
  • Advanced Image Compression: Use CompressImage() to optimize image assets per shape dimensions and target DPI.
  • Text Comment Access: Retrieve presentation comment content programmatically.

🔧 Enhancement

  • Enhanced reliability of GetPresentationText() to now include comments.
  • Improved rendering and compatibility in export to HTML5, PNG, XPS.

🛠 Fix

  • Addressed regression bugs in chart data calculations and rendering.
  • Fixed multiple issues with slide rendering, font replacement, and hyperlink appearance.
  • Corrected GIF and XPS loading exceptions.

🔍 Public API and Backward Incompatible Changes
