Release Highlights

The DLLs-only version of Aspose.Tasks for .NET 24.11 delivers advanced project file manipulation, including VBA macro cleanup, refined grouping logic, and baseline data fixes.

✳️ New Feature

  • Macro-Free MPP Output: Strip all VBA macros via ClearVba in MPPSaveOptions when saving project files.
  • Group Definitions Export: Support for exporting styled task/resource group definitions to MPP.
  • Group by Assignment: Enable grouping by assignment using the new GroupAssignments toggle.

🔧 Enhancement

  • Group Styling Control: Full styling support for fonts, background patterns, and custom intervals within GroupCriterion.
  • Extended Save Options: Added API switches to control group and macro output during MPP serialization.

  • Fixed issues with reading/writing of grouping parameters like GroupOn and GroupInterval.
  • Resolved baseline TimephasedData write error for summary tasks.
